Lilia Giugni dirige i lavori di F Come e sovrintende alla sezione politica. Avendo completato un dottorato in Scienza Politica presso l’Università di Cambridge, oggi insegna Innovazione Sociale alla Cambridge Judge Business School ed è la direttrice di GenPol, un think tank che investiga questioni di genere. Lilia ha pubblicato su diverse riviste accademiche, e collaborato con think tanks e progetti editoriali, tra cui Policy Network, Renewal e il blog  LSE Politics & Policy. In precedenza, ha lavorato come assistente presso il Parlamento Europeo, docente in varie summer school e volontaria in Vietnam, ed è stata managing editor del blog accademico Politics In Spires. E' spesso ospite di conferenze femministe in giro per l'Europa, e si interessa appassionatamente di problematiche di genere e del modo in cui intersecano rappresentazione politica, attivismo e policy-making.

 

Lilia Giugni is F Come’s chair and oversees the political section. She holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Cambridge, and is now a Research Fellow in Social Innovation at the Cambridge Judge Business School and the CEO and cofounder of GenPol, a think tank consultancy researching matters of gender. She has published on several academic journals, and collaborated with think tanks and editorial projects such as Policy Network, Renewal and the LSE Politics & Policy blog. Until 2015, Lilia was one of the managing editors of the academic blog Politics In Spires. Previously, she had taught in various summer schools, volunteered in Vietnam, and worked as a MEP’s assistant. She has spoken at several feminist conferences across Europe and is deeply interested in feminist politics and the way gender issues affect representation, grassroots’ and policy-making processes.
